How do I upload my photo?
Please email your photo to printsbyesti@gmail.com along with any notes or specific requirements you may have.
Can I make changes to my drawing?
Yes! I will send you through a preview prior to exporting the final files in case you want to make any changes
Do you combine photos together?
Yes! This is a perfect gift idea if you don't have a photo of everyone together and you would like to create a portrait. Please ensure all photos are taken from a similar angle and send as many notes as you can!
Can I add my pets to the illustration?
Absolutely! Just count them as another person in the portrait
Can you remove people? or add/remove things?
I sure can! I can change the colour of anything, remove people, add people (yep even celebrities), objects, backgrounds and anything else you can think of.
Can I have a random background or does it have to be the existing one?
Background add ons can be any of your choice! I can draw whatever you have in mind. For super complex backgrounds, send us an email for a quote.
Do you design logos?
I sure do! Logo design starts from $50.00, email us for more details.
What if I have a complex idea?
For any other design services or a complex custom illustration, please email or message me on Instagram to discuss the brief
What is the current turnaround time?
It is usually around 7-12 Bus. Days, however, this might vary during holiday seasons such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day etc.
Can I have a refund for my drawing?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product refunds cannot be provided, but we will work with you to make sure you are fully happy with your illustration
